1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, operated by Olatunde Daudu & Co., Legal Practitioners and Notary Public, Ikorodu, Lagos, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please discontinue use of the site.
2. No Attorney-Client Relationship
In accordance with the Legal Practitioners Act and the rules of the Nigerian Bar Association, browsing this site or submitting an intake form does not constitute an attorney-client relationship. A relationship arises only after conflict checks are completed and a written engagement letter or retainer is executed by the Firm.
3. No Legal Advice
Content on this website is general information about Nigerian law and the Firm's services. It is not legal advice and should not be relied upon for any specific matter. Legal outcomes depend on the facts of each case, and past results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
4. Consultation Policy
Consultation requests submitted through this site are reviewed by our legal team, who will contact you within 12 hours to confirm an appointment slot. Selecting a slot on this site is a request, not a confirmed booking, until we revert to you. Consultations may be held at our office, by telephone, or by video call. Where a matter falls outside our practice areas or presents a conflict of interest, we will decline and, where possible, refer you on.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information in any intake form, and not to use this website to transmit unlawful, misleading, or infringing material. Do not send time-sensitive or highly confidential documents through this site before an engagement is confirmed.
6. Fees and Billing
The initial evaluation is complimentary. Any professional fees for subsequent work are agreed in writing before the work begins, in accordance with the Legal Practitioners (Remuneration for Legal Documentation and Other Land Matters) Order and applicable scales, and are payable in Nigerian Naira (₦).
7. Intellectual Property
All text, layouts, marks, and images on this website belong to Olatunde Daudu & Co. and may not be reproduced or republished without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Firm accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this website, from third-party links, or from interruptions in the availability of the site.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.
